Il Bistrot is open a la carte for dinner from monday to friday and for lunch and dinner during weekend. The menu has been created by one-star Michelin chef Fabrizio Girasoli in combination with flavours of Puglia of Head Chef Giuseppe Margiotta and includes creative variations on traditional dishes, which are both simple and spectacular.

Whilst our preparation areas are spacious, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of crosscontamination between ingredients. We advise you to advise your serving staff of any particular needs relating to allergies. We have a constantly updated document available which lists potential allergens present in each dish, however as stated previously we cannot totally exclude potential crosscontamination during preparation.
Vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free versions of some of our dishes can be prepared upon request.
Some of our ingredients are frozen or kept at sub-zero temperatures for hygiene purposes or to guarantee conservation or availability.
All the raw fish we serve is kept at -20°C for at least 24 hours, in line with the Italian Decree 17/7/2013, Law no. 187.
