SurReale comes from the idea of Henric and Marina Grönberg, owners of Villa Reale di Marlia, in collaboration with Fabrizio Girasoli, chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Butterfly in Marlia.

Our cuisine represents the perfect fusion between the traditions of Lucca with Chef Girasoli’s proposal and the flavours of Puglia with the touch of our Head Chef Giuseppe Margiotta, originally from Bari.
