We have a constantly updated document available which lists potential allergens present in each dish, however as stated previously we cannot totally exclude potential crosscontamination during preparation.
Vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free versions of some of our dishes can be prepared upon request.
Some of our ingredients are frozen or kept at sub-zero temperatures for hygiene purposes or to guarantee conservation or availability.
All the raw fish we serve is kept at -20°C for at least 24 hours, in line with the Italian Decree 17/7/2013, Law no. 187.
