KITCHEN

Giuseppe

The fingers in the pie are those of the Head Chef Giuseppe, who brings his Apulian touch to our kitchen. Born in 1994, he follows the development of the menu with love and dedication. He has created the second courses, with particular attention to fish ones, and everything related to bread products.

Michele

Sous Chef Michele has a career as a computer engineer that he has decided to leave to focus on his greatest passion – cooking. He had spread flavors of Naples around Europe between London, Marseille and Rome, so to arrive, at the end, in Lucca.

Silvia

The Lucchese soul of our brigade, energetic and determined, our Chef de Partie moves around the stoves with precision and passion. Silvia brings a female touch to our kitchen, sweet as the desserts she prepares.

Christian

The passion for cooking has led Christian to travel around Italy and Europe, immersing himself in different experiences – including a starred cuisine – thanks to which he has perfected his technique and his talent. Ready to amaze you with second courses.

Chamodi

Proactive and attentive, Chamodi completes SurReale’s brigade with enthusiasm. Always ready to help everyone in the kitchen

DINING ROOM

Marco

His passion for cocktails sprung up in Sydney, while the one for wines in Lucca. Meet Marco, our eclectic bartender, always at the counter of our Vineria.

Serena

Cheerfull and active, Serena moves around the tables of SurReale attentive to each detail. She alternated experiences in restaurants with commercial jobs, then she returned back to Lucca after two years spent in the sunny Canary Island.

Patricia

Many years of experience between restaurants and bars, she is always ready to welcome you at SurReale with a smile. Lively and well-organized, Patricia has a great love for wines that she likes to accompany with good food!

Camila

Camila arrives at SurReale after a degree in textile engineering obtained in Brazil, her country of origin and various experiences as bartender and waitress in Ireland.
